The Good Governance Fund (GGF) is a joint initiative from the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). The GGF aims to support a series of governance and economic reforms in seven countries: Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia and Ukraine.
The UK Government is providing reform assistance to Ukraine aimed at establishing:
- More informed and active populations that can hold their government to account;
- Demonstrable and perceived open, accountable and responsive governments;
- Higher rates of investment and job creation to support inclusive growth.
